Basically this is what I face calling ANY brand about sitex promotions (ISPs, electronics, etc).Viewqwest customer service was no difference with myrepublic. Doesnt know basic stuff and claim all the staff were at sitex so they dont know anything and told me all stated on the webste. Thewebsite does not clearly that is why i called. Might as well close the line and ask everyone to go sitex to ask.

I wish to re-contract to the 600mbps plan and upgrade my router. How can i do this? Where do i collect the upgrade asus router?
