One WhatsApp account on multiple devices?

Anyone have any suggestion to the below problem I'm having?
I have 2 devices, iPhone and Samsung Note 2, using the MultiSim service to activate either 1 of the phone at any point of time.

How can I get my Whatsapp account to work on both devices without the need for reverification of code every time I switch between the 2 devices?

multisim meaning both sim is connected to the same no. using the master / slave system so you cannot get 2 version of the same whatsapp no.

to do this you need the 2nd card be the different no.

if you are looking for 1 whatsapp message to be sent to 2 phone either for spying/ monitoring purposes or 2 devices situation with the same no. .. whatsapp not allowed.

Well, I don't require messages to be received simultaneously or sync chats on both devices.
I just want to skip the verification process when I switch phones.
Because.... WhatsApp FAQ - Can I verify one WhatsApp account to multiple phones, or with multiple phone numbers?

Thread wasn't years back and is most recent result on search and is relevant and the poster might have found a solution by now. Way more correct and efficient to ask in here and keep it to one thread than starting new thread. If everyone happy happy start new thread its not productive for future people in search of the solution to have to check many threads on the same thing. If you have rooted phones, try to do titanium backup on one and restore onto the other, wonder whether this can fool whatsapp.

Google Hangouts is the best chat program.

1. All chat message can be sent & received from all devices login with the same Gmail account.
2. You can have as many different Gmail account on the same Hangouts and switched between them.
3. When you change phone, there is nothing that you need to do to "transfer" messages.
4. Video are share as video uploaded to YouTube.
5. Pictures are shared and stored on Google server
6. Can do multi-party video calls
7. Can do voice call
8. Can do screen sharing (when you are on Hangouts on a desktop)

Only problem is that not many people are using Hangouts.

I did this before. Didn't work. It'll say the other device is active and all that.

Each device has its own unique identifier, so probably can't use 1 account on 2 devices at the same time. Switching between 2 phones is annoying too, and after a few tries it will start telling you that you have verified too many times, and have to wait to reverify. Longest I kena was have to wait 1 day to verify. Not to mention the chats doesn't sync across devices. :/

when iphone restore, they will have your old whatsapp setting.
so in theory both phone have same whatsapp acc. so what will happen?

during new phone restore, the whatsapp work, in this case, how about the old phone

It won't work. Whatsapp is a single client/server model which means the server will only "serve" one client per number. You can install multiple same number whatsapp on different device but only one of them will receive at any point of time.

Is it now possible to link them up? How many sim cards do I need?

Based on what I am reading on the web, there is whatsapp web that I can use on the secondary device but was just wondering if there are other ways around it.

Finally you can have the same WhatsApp account on two phones. 2nd phone without sim provides a QR code to sync with first phone
similar to web but will stay connected.The is Whatapps beta version.
