Any other promo given at the shop?
Since online purchase can claim 6% from Frank card

By the way, they raised the online price to $1,499 but, thanks to this guy(Comicsiao), :) I got a good price for the U3415W. Told the salesperson that he's my friend (even tho I haven't seen or met him) and if he could offer me the same price. So, all in total $1,460. Look for JJ at the Dell outlet in Funan and tell him some of the forum bros recommended you to get the same deal.

Cheers and good hunting.

Hi guys! Here you go, pardon me for the lousy quality pics. The box is freaking big and heavy and it comes with a CD with all the drivers, user guide, HDMI cable and a Display port to MINI display port cable. As you can imagine how big the monitor is as compared to my rig. Cheers!

Top notch quality and the stand is very sturdy. The monitor doesn't vibrate at all even if you accidentally hit the table.

Are there input lag issues?

From what I can see, I don't feel any lag input.

did you check any back light bleeding problem?

Nope there are no backlight bleeding at all.

I'm not too sure whether that arm stand can withstand the weight of the monitor. The monitor itself without the stand is very heavy.

i checked the tech spec
it say

Weight (panel only - for VESA mount):
8.44 kg (18.60 lb)

the arm can hold 20.5 pound which is 9.2kg

just not sure if the back plate is universal for all dell monitor to clip in

I too have black bars, but that is just the norm. The aspect ratio is 21:9 which is not your normal 1080p movies that runs at 16:9 ratio. Therefore, you will definitely have black bars if you run on 21:9 ratio. There are some videos/movies that won't have black bars. For e.g. Guardians of the Galaxy.
