Hi guys, recently I had sign up the mentioned policy and paying a monthly of $168. Anyone here took up the same policy? As I wonder if it is good or not. I had took up the policy as I don't have any insurance coverage.

still feels like a hefty sum to me, you pay around 30k for it.
But if you are under 30 years old...should be okay ba, just tong lor

I pay $200+ a year paid thru medisave for the shield plan.
Premiums increase over time.

I'm 25 yrs old this year. About 50k coverage.3x for death I think

I do not really know the details of the plan...but if you have compared with other early critical plans in the industry and find that it is reasonable, i suggest u stick with it :)

In future, you can still "top up" ur life coverage by buying term or another life plan ;)

Yup

I feel la, more impt to have the hospital bills covered, if kanna cancer those can run up to over 100k plus plus. For young ppl first thing is to use medisave to take a shield plan.

Then get a term so if suddenly uplorry, parents or spouse got some money.

Then can consider disability income, if cannot work, can get payout to support the lifestyle a not

First two add up about $500 a year

Wanted to add, also depends on whether u wanna get the insurance money back at the end of it all.

Those I recommend no money back one. Unless things happen
