if the spot is 2.68 , the money changer rate is usually 200 to 400 pips away from spot... ie 2.66 to 2.64 if u r selling sgd to buy myr. hope this helps.

Up the escalator, just look infront, walk 3 steps lol ... is the first store, beside a bakery shop.
The store is nearest to the escalator at level 2 ...
If you up the escalator level 2, the right side is lottery shop lol ...

Haha, I'd have asked "which escalator" if the "lottery shop" wasn't mentioned.

That one has 2 counters L-shape one? If so, that's the one I went the last time I was at The Arcade. Only one with no queue then. I also hardly see the name one.
