Air conditioning - Any recommendations please??

This is what the SAs told me referring to multi split and single split.

But honestly I was found here for a lot multi split got an issue like non stop asking..

For my ME starmex also single split so far so good an over 5 yrs already from now, still works great and without any parts change.

I think no matter how old electronic applicances still can last longer than the current one.

Today went searching for a small fridge and they also said the same thing.

Inverter aircons repairs & spare parts cost are generally higher in cost compared to non inverter.
Energy consumption wise, inverter definitely consume lesser energy compared to non inverter.

dear all,

i am looking for a system 4 air con. any recommendation? Gain city said panasonic is good but i am look at Mitsubishi electric starmex.

Panasonic spilt unit had more features and I guessed it's more prone to problem.

I would still go for Starmex as it's much safer following the majority and i like the easyclean feature.

My one is same as current model, cause ME inverter never change model from 6 yrs ago..

I have MSY-GE24VA, GE10VA x 2 all single spli, all very good serve me best and cold like when new installed.

Then current just move to s'pore n using system 3 Mit Starmex inverter also, so I still dunno how durable for multi split unit only.

I had done for my own Aircon self services n maintenace without Aircon man, if wanna choose on Aircon again, Die die would go back to Mit Starmex inverter GExxVA model, not even easy clean, you can simple remove out fan blower too.

Went to GC yesterday, as I have already booked for Starmex but have not installed till Mar / Apr due to renovation has not started, sales informed me that Panasonic is having promotion, cheaper by $110 and with NTUC voucher of $200 but must install by 31 Mar 15.Seems like ME still better than Panasonic, what is your say?

I have booked ME Sys 2, MXY2E20VA & MSYGE10VA x 2, good & cool enough for 2 rooms? Sales said electricity bill is much lower than 24VA. Should I go for 20VA or 24VA?

Where got 24VA? Latest one?

Cause from 20va operate from power input watt @ 1.9kw for 2 units only.

If choose for 3a38va, just use 2 FCU from the power input watt would be much lower than 20va.

Here got my data.
24va for single split only more faster cooling.
Cannot compare to 2e20va multi split.

Individual compressor more durable than multi split.
But now I have find out which one more durable.

Also individual can supply for more higher BTU only and the rest still same.. Unlike multi split have to split out few blower as together on same time

In Sg for private property can have more condenser only..
The rest on HDB flat maximum for 2 units condenser only.
