Like i said...earlier this week...this is a mass spamming on wearing black on Sunday....via facebook or wassapp.

then later....someone mass spamming says wear white.

Authorities oledi mentioned....there is no need to wear black or white...u wanna wear what color is ur own discretion.

and now here comes the smart alec creating this no camera thingy.That link u put up doesn't come from relevant authority.
just public suggestion.

Everyone hab their own ways of remembering LKY.
