if 2.4 one is congested then use 5.0 ghz wifi one
cos all home appliances also using 2.4 one

Unfortunately, no support for 5GHz for the device. Anyway, the test is over. As they hav proven the fact that device is working.

Actual site lagi easy. Square room. Router in cupboard enclosed. Device just opposite the room within 3~4metre.

If u refer to my diagram proved by friend. There is in fact 3 blocks of beam that router needs to punch thru at near 45degree angle also. Which increased the WiFi obstruction.

It may not b a fair test in terms of router used. But clearly proves that the device is in fact is working.

It may just be a case where
1. router position is not at the optimum
2. user enviroments have very conjested wifi.

To resolve this, need to know if the wireless cam can connect thru a wired cable.

Yes. your test just proven that the IP camera is working wirelessly. nothing else.

you should try to bring another router to your home to prove the congestion. i believe a good router should be able to filter away unwanted signals.
