Low call volume Iphone 6+

Just got my phone for 2 days, however having issue with the call volume. Find it really soft, anyone having this issue? my call volume is already at the maximum

u never remove the protector that comes along with the iphone issit?

hmm ok. because is within 14 days right? seemed like might need to make a trip down liao

These days they will repair; only if they can't repair then it's 1-to-1 exchange. Also much easier to get 1-to-1 exchange if you have Applecare+.

Suggest that you make 2 calls to Apple customer care: 1st call to purchase Applecare+. Then another call a few days later to report on the low call volume & ask for 1-to-1 exchange. They will give you a case number.

When you go down to either QCD or A.Labs, give the case number to the CS staff & request for 1-to-1 exchange. In most cases, this will be suffucient. But in the event that the CS staff refuse to give a 1-to-1 exchange, call Apple customer care again, citing your case no & request for express replacement service which is free for Applecare+.

Apple will then ship you your replacement phone & they'll also have a prepaid DHL box for you to return the faulty phone.
