Just wondering any future neighbours at Dawson/Margaret Road here? Will be keen to discuss on the replacement flats and what to choose and look out for.

Still a long long way to go. I may have a half share with my cousin. His is a 2 rm flat and if I becomes co-owner, I may opt for 4rm or bigger flat.

Yeah long way to go zzz. But selection is next year and all the different sites have their pros and cons.

What are the implications if you were to join your cousins as co owners?

the 4rms are going at 80 and 85sqm....so small and ex.

Yes definitely will have sobf, since they will build extra plus not all of the current residents will port over. But pricing will be higher and chances of getting is low due to oversubscription.

Saw the models of the various sites. Layout wise not the best but still acceptable. Wondering if there are plans to tie down the area of old buildings and sports complex.

Bought a 3 room to stay for 4 years.

Will be going for a 5 room as high as I can get floor.

My neighbor did the same buy a SERS unit, only to realize after from HDB he cannot opt buy a 5rm for the SERS replacement unit.

Hope u can get it.

There's a letter from HDB that states eligibility for future upgrade. Can request for this letter (seller should have) to confirm before buying.
