I think Lazada must be losing money..that y cutting down on the scale of the promotion and discount code.

I still remembered when they just launched.. always have those 20 off 40 and 30 off 60 code. And those code can be stacked with the mastercard monday etc.

Here's 1 of my past order. Usual price $40. Used a $20 code. Minus another $2 after 10% off mastercard. Final damage $18.

This is loss leader. Early on, their promos and crazy coupon codes are to attract customers even if they make a loss. Now, when their customer base is sizable, they can scale back on promos. Still, you can see some coupons only for new customers now.
