Bro, can share your screen settings and other tips? I "only" can get 5 hours SOT so far.

Yea so far.. I also getting around 5 hours nia.. 3rd day usage though. Maybe still need some time to settle.

Btw do you guys used the power saving options? I'm not, in order to experience e note as intended. Though i did off all sorts of vibration and the LED.

SlashGear just posted a review on the Note 5 - http://www.slashgear.com/samsung-galaxy-note-5-review-24398943/

"Good news is, if you're of the stylus mindset then the S Pen delivers more on the Note 5 than in any prior generation. The tweaks are, in and of themselves, fairly small, but they add up to a much more usable experience that - with features like PDF annotation - address legitimate and common complaints among power users. The great camera, solid battery life, and incredible display only gild the Note 5's core talents."

Nope not using power saving options too. I'm pretty satisfied. I'm a student who reads lots of PDFs (white screen power hog alert). I personally think it's alr fantastic that mine can last that long.

Really?? I saw users posting their battery life online and the standby time is rather bad compared to a 6 plus. And screen on time seems rather bad as well. Anyone able to shed more light on this? Thanks.

apple os no true multitasking...also cpu slower...battery standby should be better

i gave up on apple...dun like closed eco system

skipping 6s...except to flip

but seriously, this time apple very prepared...production started 2 mths ago, stocks shoukd be plenty

so flip be careful, do not get caught out

ip6 see a few sucide in china

n many sinkies visit hk to sell

ip6s...go Russia? North Korea? ISIS states to flip the phones? lolz

in b4 the guys who will cry that im a fanboi. i hold the ip6+ and i must say... standby batt life is superb. i never ever have to worry that my phone might drop to 0 overnight. plus the camera and its output... best in class.

but the note will always have a place in my life for it's s-pen. the new memo function is fantastic for me.

Using an iPhone 6 plus now and I can't decide if I want to switch to a note 5.

Battery life is a concern, most importantly the standby.

Firmware updates too.

Used note 3 before and it was damn pretty good when it was released. But firmware updates came too slow from telco.. So always feel left behind.

And yes the s pen really does wonders.

Honestly, the battery life is better than iPhone 6plus. (My gf uses that). And now she is in love with my note 5, especially for the camera and s-pen.. this s-pen really does enhance the overall experience a lot, let alone productivity. I'm a heavier user than her and my fone last longer. Plus there is fast charging, both wired and wireless.. Haha. And not to mention, the screen is super nice..

sorry I used to come from Apple some years back.. and I truly never turn back to ios.. and don't miss it.. in my daily life I come into contact with both apple and android, and I just like android more for the freedom and customization.. I use both macbook and PC at work for different assignments.

Anyway, I'm not a fan boy or what, but will go for whatever suits my usage and whichever is better in terms of battery life, customization, camera, and especially productivity... and I never regret one bit switching to android from ios..

Just sharing my 2 cents.. :)

Funny cause my company issues us iPhone for work but I never liked it for its user unfriendly interface (Need many clicks to get to where iwant)
My backup phone is usually android. Daily drivers very between blackberry and windows 10 mobile. :p
