just curious, a friend is eligible for the sers programme. this is his parents' house, but he is staying with his wife. they are planning to upgrade to 5 room flat during selection, and currently his wife owns a condo. when the time comes for keys collection, will the flat be under his name? does his wife need to dispose her private property?

I don't think so... Because right now the name of the hdb flat is still under the parents right? Even upgrade can remain as the parents... No?


Then again, you might want to check with HDB for a more accurate confirmation
