Hi May I ask if I could take a break now?

Currently at cdc school, finish FTT and done 14 lessons but recently have no money left to continue.

Usually charge $68 per lesson but now have a additional $5 "miscellous charge" every lesson. (Dunno why)

Will my FTT expire and the lessons I took get void?
I know I have to renew my membership with cdc ($49?) but...

Like what kitsura has shared FTT has validity of 2 years. As long as you resume your lessons and pass your driving test before the expiry it should be fine.

Better to check miscellaneous charges with CDC. $5/lesson is alot excluding gst.

As for lessons, does CDC recommends minimum number of lessons to be completed before booking your driving test?

Do note that you may need more time to familiarize again after a period of hiatus.

My instructor told me last time need to take about 3months before take tp test, now only 3 weeks can alr. About 6 lessons can already. Is this true? Haha. I'm taking class 3A.

Can , if you are satki and very free for lessons. Got my license 2 days ago. Took 2 month for the entire license from BTT to TP. Would've been 1 month 3 weeks If I didn't fail my first attempt . Class 3A as well.

Taken 30 lessons and I still cannot drive (manual) properly. Still got problem with clutch control. I am damn sian and heartache at the amount of money I have wasted. Feel really dumb and low. I think I need to switch to auto. Any one got a good PDI who can explain things properly in English? I stay in Bishan but taking it at SSDC.

maybe ur PDI not good? or maybe you want to elaborate what problems with the clutch you have.. like keep stalling or what.. maybe some sexperts whom have passed (not me) here can advice you

I read through all 170++ pages when I was "shortlisting" PDIs couple months ago. I noticed that those on Le driving were DEFINITELY ADVERTS.
(1) they normally have very little posts and sometimes they ask a question in other threads and they don't follow up when people answer or ask more.
(2) their language used
(3) the contents are usually very similar despite different account names
(4) they always start as a question asking for suggestions and mid way will be thanking people for suggestions but decided to go with le driving n ending off with how good they were.

I recall seeing one account even got defensive. Kind of funny if u ask me. While i have no idea how good/bad they are, i would say "don't believe their reviews on hardwarezone"

Tried Le Driving before and the experience was bad. The PDI was super sucky. Thinking of it, if those instructors are really good, they wouldnt need any agents:/ Try at your own risk.

Today I was supposed to have my first lesson with this instructor call VERNON GOH YEW SIONG at 2.30pm. At 2.30pm, he didnt pick up my call and ignore my sms or whatsapp messages. I went to search for his car at the parking lot and saw it being drove off with another student. His rates are already higher than my previous instructor. ( BTW My previous instructor is really good just that he has very packed schedule which I cannot commit as I have just started working and thus only able to learn during the weekends) I wouldnt have been so pissed at VERNON GOH YEW SIONG if he had at least answer my call and reshedule it for me. WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!

Who is your instructor? I have already failed twice. DAMN SIAN. my performance for second test was even worse than the first one, i got one immediate failure for failing to stop at stop line. sigh was too overly anxious. Anybody got good PDI to intro that teach during weekends?

I recommended my pdi here. But seems like most dont feel that he is good, think only im the one who feel he taught well
