For the taobao hepa using PP media, no issue. Just follow the arrow and pinch tabs...else difficult to remove.

Other original manufacturer hepa are directional if they use borosilicate or PET media etc. Follow the instructions.

thank you, else I'm still wondering which direction the front label mean.

Lastly what you mean by arrow and pinch tabs?? For my I custom by cutting the size down to fit into my air purifier while the 4 sizes I got those air block sponge like tape from daiso to make it fit nicely and prevent any gap on the side.

hmmm, like that how do i customize for the Charcoal with Hepa sio

Gotta give and take ba. But nobody has measured the efficacy of those china AC from other sellers. Though particlecounting tumblr SMART AIR did measure theirs and they work.

I see, i was referring to the customised size HEPA, not the ownself DIY type.

Yes, i also cut mine....lagi cheaper, for use during non haze months.

I just threw away the wheel. Its meant to be replaced after some time.

You can keep yours.

Many thanks WRX. Do you think it's ok to replace the HEPA filter every 2 years if I only deploy during haze period? (Instead of yearly... Sharp filters quite expensive. Trying not to resort to custom cut on taobao because I don't speak chinese well.)

Basically I'm not sure if HEPA performance will be affected if I just leave it lying around without using - logically I think it there should be no change in performance but I wanted to double check with you first :3 :s12:

I have 2 of this Hitachi EP-A3000 Air purifier from the 2013 haze season

I think after this round I'll probably need to replace.

How do I go about asking the seller to customize one for me cause I searched 日立 (Hitachi) and could not find it in his store

There is one selling on taobao for 458 chinese yuan but I am not sure if its original , 100 bucks for something not original is a bit risky.
Link to the 458 chinese yuan filter is here.

maybe u can requested to be customised it to the size of your filter?

Thanks NWT, the taobao original ones don't need to talk with seller right? Think I will hoot those instead. What's your sharp model anyway?

Yes if you deploy only during Haze months (3 months), then can use 2 years.

Hi everyone! I have a very very old Sharp FU-S51E-R purifier and I dont think I have changed the filter and replacement will be very hard to find and expensive.

Is it ok to cut from Amazon 3M filter to fit or just fit it over a normal fan will do?

购买请注意:如果货物库存量少,本店有权对不在本店购买主机的客户不发货。

It costs around $70+ total. Not 43. Got TB 3% and CC 2%, and TB 3% and 2% is double coz once you will pay seller and once is to forward to SG. Plus forwarding price.

Oopsss =:p

Do you have the dimensions of the filter. Can custom from taobao.
