I had the same problem when I first got my iPhone 6+. Unfortunately since I did not notice this issue till later at home. I had to bring it down to Apple's service provider and have it exchanged 1 to 1.

The set they gave me might be refurbished though since it was taken out of a smaller iPhone box.

since it just launched not long ago, the chances of it being a refurbished set should be pretty low... since everything from the screen, to the casing and the innards are pretty much different between the 6 plus and 6s plus.

but because the phone is so new.
there's no refurbished sets to go around.
so technically it's still a 'new' set

Yes, there are chances. Last year, there are already refurbs a few days after release. I think if the model number's 6th and 7th character is not ZP, then likely a refurb set.

Regardless, refurbs are new, same smell as new too. ;-) so should be ok.

PetPet, there are refurbs, I have posted something about this last year. Probably those that did not pass QA and rebuilt.

Maybe, just maybe. I don't care though. Just that some here do.

If it is dust or dead pixel, see if you can live with it for 11months. If you can, you'll be able to get a new screen near the end of your warranty period if so. That is if you don't cause major damage to the phone during this period of course.

If not, Apple will definitely change the screen or exchange the set if you bring it down right now

My iphone 6 have a stuck pixel and i went QCD to have it fix. They wont do a 1-for-1 for me but they will take in and replace the screen. Took ard a few days before they call me to pick the phone up.

But it still beat having to stare at that stuck pixel for another few more months.
