Just a question to all who bought it, at around 23% battery level and after powering it off to charge it for 4 hours to charge it up, when the one plus two powered on, the battery shows 99% instead of 100%and the battery is now 98% after 10 min.. Is it normal? Please advice. Thanks

Gotta keep charging. Usually at least 6-8 hours for first time. Best if overnight. Need to condition the battery.

You can run your battery down till it switches off. Leave it that way, then charge over night, 6-8 hours. Repeat up to 3 times, this will recondition the battery.

I have a Mi Note Pro, and my first charge took almost 12 hours to bring it to 100%. Even overnight for 8 hours only took it to 99%. I just left it there to continue to charge till 100%.

Yes, all my phones now just use and charge as per normal out of the box. No need first charge how many hour or run batt down to 0 whatever. In fact for l-ion batt its bad to run it to 0% or fully charge to 100 every time. I keep mine 20-80% though I see most experts recommend 30-70% but I feel that range too small liao

There's charge-only cable. But there's no data only cable to my knowledge. Anyway for transferring data I don't think it will matter much since you're not plugging in for long.

Unfortunately, Singapore is not the list of countries taking part in the open sales.

But so many invites here so you should still be able to buy one.

Been using the OP2 for a few days, I'm quite impressed with graphics performance.

Looks like you got the new whatsapp feature to backup/restore chats to Google Drive. However, this works in slightly different way than restoring Whatsapp chats from the actual Whatsapp chat backup file.

I have not received the update on mine, so can't check on mine. However, based on this page, http://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/android/20887921, there should be an option to restore the messages from your phone storage. Since as you said you have copied over the whole Whatsapp folder from your previous phone.

You can grab the OnePlus 2 without an invite on 12 October

The OnePlus 2 will be available for purchase in an open hour which lasts an hour on 12th October.

As promised by OnePlus CEO Carl Pei, the OnePlus 2 will be available for purchase without an invite for an hour on Monday, 12th October. This will be the first ever open sales for the OnePlus 2 and will take place across four different time zones:
•Asia - 12:00 - 13:00 HKT
•Europe - 12:00 - 13:00 CEST
•North America - 12:00 - 13:00 PDT
•India - 12:00 - 13:00 IST

Do note that you can only purchase the OnePlus 2 during your region's time slot and there is a limit of two handsets per order. However, there is no limit to the number of orders you can make during the one-hour open sales.

Unfortunately, Singapore is not the list of countries taking part in the open sales. The countries participating in the open sales are the U.S, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and India.

The OnePlus 2 was recently made available for consumers with an invite in Singapore via Lazada Singapore after two delays. To find out more about the "2016 flagship killer", check out our review of the One Plus 2.
