Intend to install 3 bed room and one living room.
Which is better:

1 set of MXY4A38VA.
OR
2 set of 3S27MKZ.

Its for my 4 room HDB.

Oh ya, GainCity tell me MXY4A38VA cannot pass through window of some HDB unit. True?

If i buy aircon, you think 2 tick better or 4 tick?
I know 4 tick save energy, but what is the disadvantage?

From my fringe experience, i will never buy more tick fridge anymore, the compartment not cold one. The ice i took out from more tick one melt much much faster than less tick one.

I think the tick is as bad idea as like our water saving device install at tap outlet. Its a piece of bad idea from someone on top.

So far 4ticks only, Daikin 20k btu sys 3, MHI sys 2 and LG artcool only.
But 5 ticks ME starmex coming soon..

For my experience, has more ticks meant can be reaching faster cooling capacity and cut-off during outdoor compressor time is a greater.

IF has more ticks but slower temperature pre-set are achieved in slower than 2 ticks, actually to be an equal also.

Usually more powerful needs draw more power input watts for shorten time than slower but use lesser input watts = energy saving.

At the end 4-5 ticks user still prefer to set few more stop lower temp. degree than 2 ticks energy saving model as well.

I previously did my aircon for 3.6k panasonic sys 4 (18k plus 3x9k). Got200 dollar ntuc vouchers also. From Aktiff engrg

I need air con for my mums flat again, anyone has any recommendations? If not ill probably go back to the same company. Looking for mitsu sys 4 inverter. Has to use good thicker pipes and excellent worksmanship. Saw creations on fb but they have atrocious reviews.

Thanks

Hi , can anyone advise ?

Coming resale 5room flat 36years old, intend to install ME system4.
Will be partition out a room from living room so will be 4 bedrooms total.

MBR = 12k btu
3BR = 9K btu

Most likely will be on all the unit every night , will the MXY4A38 be enough or the new model MXY4G38 be better?

Thank in advance.

MXY4G38 all new design and outdoor slightly shorten, more easier to loading out from window.

Hi Anyone can advice which Aircon is good for 5rm HDB.

I am changing out old aircon. 2x 9000 (Bd room) 1x 12000 (MBdroom) and 1x9000+1x12000 (living room) (fujitsu 5 in 1)

Thinking of 9000 BTU x 3 for room , what do your guys suggest for living room.? sshould i look for 2 x9000 or go with 1x18000

this is for standard HDB 5rm 110m2 in Sengkang.

thanks in adv
