Anyone got the wifi sleep bug? My note wont sleep as long as I’m connected to wifi. Suck battery like mad

Depends on your WiFi access point. I have 2 different 5GHz ones, and one gives me a lot better battery life (Asus AC68U) on standby than the other (Asus AC87U). Maybe try 2.4GHz or another AP.

did you change any settings on your wireless router recently?

if not, the problem might be due to your apps running active on wifi..

Initially there's a red led light when my phone is still active. Once my phone went into lock mode, the led and the charging pad light goes off together.

Oh okay. First of all, when your screen is on, pull down the notification and see if fast charging is enabled. If it isn't, clearly either you phone or the pad is faulty.

If it is enabled but it turns off when you screen is off, it is likely a firmware issue. You might wanna consider clearing the cache first..

Anyone facing issues with their fast charger? When I plug in, it just says charging enabled, not fast charging enabled. Tried to blow away the dust but still facing same issue. Not sure what else I can do besides going to the service centre. O_O

The cable has issues with fast charging, or rather, the cable does not fit tightly with the Note 5 micro-USB port, therefore, no fast charging.

I changed the cable to another cable that gave a tighter fit to the Note 5 micro-USB port and fast charging works. I tried other cable and all the cables worked, just the one provided by Samsung does not work properly.

Hi all, yup using the Samsung original cable. All was fine until a few days ago. Tried reinserting/nudging the cable but still no fast charging sign. Sian.
