Refill loh. Either that if want cheap, use disposable loh. Just that not very nice to shave with it.

Same here! I tried disposable razor and got a very funny feeling chin after that. That was when I decided to just get those 30-40 bucks Philips entry-level shavers. Still going strong after 4 years! Means good price-performance ratio, bang-for-buck, right?
