depend on ur needs (ie family size) .its obviously smaller than 93sqm but priced much cheaper. a bigger flat isnt always better and esp considering de price (much higher than normal sobfs ard de area), stretchin ur finances too much is never good either.

for reference, 3rm is ard 70sqm (?) so 83sqm is basically 1 more room size ba.
