Hi zhane,

There are no extra cost associated with the auto instalments for Cashflo card. The figures are always rounded to a full dollar amount and the additional amount is added in into the first month, hence it may not be possible for all 3 or 6 instalment amounts to be exactly the same. The first month’s amount is always higher than the rest.

For example:

Transaction amount: S$500
Instalment Payment Plan of 3 months
S$500/3 = $166.666

Cashflo monthly instalments: S$168 in the first month and S$166 in the subsequent 2 months.

Should you require any further assistance, do drop us a PM with your contact details, and we will arrange for our service executive to get in touch with you.

3. $268.35 001/006 $48.35

Hi zhane,

For Cashflo monthly instalments, the figures are always rounded to a full dollar amount and the additional amount is added in into the first month. This will result in your 1st month instalment payment to be higher than the rest of the months.

Taking your first transaction for example.

Purchase of $1194 (12 months instalment)
1st month instalment = $105
$1194 - $105 = $1089
$1089 / 11 = $99

For the next 11 months, the amount you will be paying for your IPP will be $99.

Hi,

For the 3 payment online to get the extra 0.5%, must it be only GIRO payment to the list of payee in the list? For example, I pay my internet bill to Myrepublic through GIRO (stated IBG) in statement but it doesnt register. Was under the impression that you need 3 GIRO transaction to get the 0.5%. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Thanks!

Did you check the date of the dashboard? The update isn't immediate. Sometimes takes one or two days to "register"

Hi dracolord,

To qualify for the Payment Bonus, you can either make bill payments through OCBC internet banking or set up a GIRO arrangement through your 360 account.

The listed billing organisations (BOs) on our internet banking are the companies you can make payments to. Otherwise, you will need to get a GIRO form from them directly.

GIRO deduction is on the date specified by your billing organisation, and should reflect on your bank statement on the day itself.

Hi OCBC,

The Customer Service is really really slow.

I have a NTUC PLUS card. Then I call in to waive the annual fee.

I also write in using the online banking messaging service (after login).

Then I get an SMS saying my Annual fee is waive. At the same time, the Messaging service replied it cannot be waive.

I am very confused with my status now.

Can you help?
