Is it confirmed all who applied Sembawang sure get to choose a unit? Even for second timers who go over 5%? Wonder if hdb will still go by the rule and save the flats for the next SOBF.

Yup, some 5 roomers may end up with low floor to choose but 4 roomers should be safe. 1080 4R units available but only 600+ applicants

The Canberra MRT station will be up in a few years later, I don't understand why this estate area is so under subscribed. Should be a popular place man.

Coz there is another more attractive location (Bidadari) and each couple can only choose either BTO or SOBF.

Obviously, majority went for Bidadari.

I was one of them.. Was seriously considering sembawang.. After discussing with gf and we ballot for bidadari instead.. How i wish can ballot for both bto and sobf..
