Yupx, there is black, blue looks like rolex smurf, green like hulk version, green with black face.
Not sure about customized versions though

I cant really decide on which one. I see most ppl either get the black or the green. Very few bought the blue one or the black dial with black bezel.

See the blue dial and black bezel with no cyclops below. Damn tempting too.

When did you buy it?

Anyway, if I'm in charge of the sales at Rolex, I will not want to introduce a new version so fast when the demand of "Batman" is still so high. A new "Coke" with ceramic bezel will cannibalise the "Batman". Milk the cow first.

Anyway, from my observation, Rolex seems to have 2 version of the Stainless Steel for its Submariner and GMT Master at any one time. 1 black and 1 colour.

Mentioned b4.. in 1970s.. rolex sub is only abt 10% of today's prices..

I popped by the store at Ion a couple of weeks back, and the AD didn't look interested to entertain me when i asked for the black dial version...he just replied, "Out of Stock."

No but the piece i got was initially reserved. Lucky the person didnt give a downpayment yet so i managed to get it. Prolly the reason why the Sales didnt want to give me any discount.

Off topic, but reminds me of the Porsche showroom. I popped in, the sales personnel scanned my wife and I from head to toe not once but THRICE.

I smiled at them, they nodded while looking at my wife's shoes and my watch; sat there (all four of them) before deciding it wasn't worth the effort to get up and talk to us.

Great ambassadors of the brand.

Off topic, but reminds me of the Porsche showroom. I popped in, the sales personnel scanned my wife and I from head to toe not once but THRICE.

I smiled at them, they nodded while looking at my wife's shoes and my watch; sat there (all four of them) before deciding it wasn't worth the effort to get up and talk to us.

Great ambassadors of the brand.

Yeah it was my off day and I went shopping after my medical appointment in the morning- was in berms and Birkenstock slippers...but I got wear my Rolex sub-nd leh...not atas enough I guess!

I got a uncle who just wanted to buy a $19 shaver, listened to my pitch and decided to get a $599 shaver (as an investment). I am sure he can afford it. Very happy with his purchase and thank me for introducing him, he didn't know there's such a shaver since he's buying $19 shaver all his life.

you never know who you gonna meet. just serve, later they are the ones, 5mins settle. haha
