For foldie, upgrade from 52t to 53t chainring can feel any difference? To go with 11-25t cassette.

depends on individual, some prefer smaller chainring while others prefer bigger sprockets. For foldie, 53t is quite ok with 11t cog, but I hardly use the last 2 cogs these days.

Bukit timah and pulau ubin mtb trail have 45 degree slope. Road cyclist complain about the gradient but mountain bikers soak it up as daily affairs.

LOL just kidding but steep slopes are common in off road but usually very short only unless go overseas.

Singapore road a bit pampered, even pengarang in Malaysia slope so many, so long that it's not even funny, after 80km my legs cramp like a mother b!tch.

got one steep slope, Bt timah nature reserve but cannot cycle think at least above 30 degree inclination to the summit

The Summit Trail, you talking about? No bicycles are allowed there, and ya, its quite steep.

Dahon Boardwalk. Still on stock, 7 speed. Need to upgrade the wheelset in order to put 10 speed cassette.
