Samsung SD Card Warranty?

i purchased a SD card few month back from qoo10 and the SD card is now dead.. keep prompting asking me to format it.

does anyhow know where to RMA the sdcard?

Wah, serious.. thanks for the info. Next time buy gotta see if can insist on a copy of shop receipt also for warranty purposes. I know bizgram issues shop receipt for qoo10 purchase, but doesn't list item price.

EA replied me in an email months ago that they accept qoo10 receipts from Videopro and Cybermind.

for qoo10 purchases that have distributor warranty, it is best to get the shop paper receipt, or get the authorized seller to put the company stamp and signature on the qoo10 receipt.

maybe you could talk to them again. EA told me in an email that they accept the Samsung memory cards Qoo10 receipt by reseller Apple Store for warranty.

Qoo10 is just a platform.. So it means the Apple Store @ qoo10 is not the same as the physical store, in SLS i supposed?

Ya I called them they mentioned there another apple store in sim lim and they are official distributor while the store in qoo10 is not.

Learn my lesson.. Cheap thing is nt always gd..

I managed to RMA one bought from Passion Gadget from Qoo10 before. Initially the guy didn't want to accept it for warranty but think he checked the serial number or something then in the end can. I suggest just go down and try your luck.

What you mean affiliated? If they are the ones who issue receipt for your order = they must be the shop what, much less affiliated.

i have yet to collect the receipt from the shop..

Asking here in advance because i do not want to make a trip to simlim and they dun issue me with the receipt..
