SINGAPORE (Feb 12): ST Aerospace, Singapore Technologies Engineering's aerospace arm, has secured four pilot training contracts worth about $23 million.

blue line is the 5 year historical P/E ratio. red line is 2 standard div. still some way to go till the low of 2003 and 2009. sld things go as bad as the previous 2 lows, it means a price adjustment to 2.33 (or potentially lower if eps falls).
