Upgraders will have to pay more.

Best is buy within budget. Avoid getting high loan..especially if is bank loan.

Haha they mention somewhere before if don't pick unit or anyhow pick unit cannot loan, will go at the end of the queue for respective unit that is affordable. Cos 3 room at Margaret drive all current owners can afford.

Wow is that considered a lot? Initial I also wanted to opt for 5 room, but later decided to let go. Too Siong financially.

My initial guess was 150-180 and quite shocked when I heard that. Considering you got to stay in a 3rm for 4-5yrs before Dawson ready... I think there are many upgrader.

I'm guessing there are a lot of dud applicants too. I'll be surprised so many can take up that loan!

Ya..with so many loan restrictions enforced by the Government...i will be amazed how they secure the loan. Maybe many well doing people around

Saw many people queueing to take the hardcopy brochure at the HDB branch office and residents discussing the layout at the hawker centre. Happy to see them.

Till now, i'm still struggle to decide which site to choose between A to C. D and E are out for me.

Site A to C have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sometime like the units facing but don't like the unit area size. Sometime like the units layout but don't like the corridor too near to the staircase. Sometime find the good area size units with not best facing.

But still feel we are already so blessed to have this opportunity to choose. Super good liao.

The models are displayed at the HDB level 1 (Toa Payoh).. Saw them last week.
