Can I transfer shares from cdp to ocbc?

And will it count towards ocbc premier status?

Inward Remittances charges can be found on Page 9 of http://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/Pricing Guides/Personal Banking Pricing Guide.pdf

For cheques drawn on others banks and deposited into your OCBC account, there will be a 1/8% commission (min $30) + Agent fee (if applicable) + Postage (if applicable).

Foreign cheques can be pricey, and might take up to 1 1/2 month to process.

You may want to consider Telegraphic Transfers (TT) instead, which would cost $10.

Hello team OCBC, after nearly over a year on ocbc 360, I think it's time to say goodbye to the entire OCBC ecosystem.

The dip from 3.25% to 2+% for satisfying the three basic criteria was unwelcome but expected, the Frank online rebate of needing $400 offline spending was the straw that broke the camel's back. Thought my fiancee and myself would be able to hit it easily initially, but let's not kid ourselves. Not gg to buy more ntuc vouchers just for this.

Jumping to boc smartsaver and their credit cards, falling back on scb singpost and dbs live fresh for online purchases.

Adios, it was good while it lasted.

MSA Contribution Change

Thank you for the reply.
I got the 'Monthly Savings Account Contribution Maintenance Form' from the bank today for changing MSA contribution amount.
As i was filling it, i made some mistakes so i was looking for the form online.
But i can't find it online on OCBC.com.
Is there any way i could download the form.
If it can only be emailed, here is my email address - laytagon@gmail

If fixed deposit have matured.

Can we don't want to have auto renew the fixed deposit ?

Or we have to go down to the bank to cancel the fixed deposit ?

Both I have a 360 account. My wife is using a supplementary cc from me. That cc account has me as primary.

Does my 360 account cc bonus count both my primary cc as well as the supplementary cc?

It depends on the original instruction given during the time of account opening. If not, you may wish to process the withdrawal at the branch, via secured email or call into our hotline at 1800 363 3333.

If you are the 360 Account primary account holder, the credit card spent on your primary credit card and its supplementary card(s) will count towards the spending requirements for 360 Credit Card Bonus.

Hi Team OCBC,

I dialled 1800-363 3333 and went through the voice automated process to request for waiver for my Robinson credit card sometime during middle of January 2016. The automated voice says I will receive a response within 10 business days.

Till now I did not receive a response. OCBC collections department sent me a letter asking for immediate payment and threaten to deduct all the annual fees, late charges and interests through my deposit account. Honestly, WTF !!

I have never encounter such threatening move from any other banks in Singapore. First, your voice automated hotline sucks. Secondly, is only credit card annual fees unpaid and I made payment for my purchases. OCBC need to go until so extreme to deduct fees from my OCBC deposit account?

Are you so hard up for credit card annual fees?

I will go and close all my accounts with OCBC asap!!

The letter is indeed a tad extreme so OCBC might wanna review their SOP but I think it's their auto generated stuff so no one check it before it is send...

Anyway, best to call a customer service staff instead of automated replies... these days, nobody would feel responsible since they can blame the machine...:s22:
