I know Lucky pokemon only need half stardust per level for powering up.

I have a level 1 lucky pokemon that I'm thinking of powering up.

I just want to compare between level 1 lucky pokemon vs level 35 pokemon. Does the former take more or less stardust to power up than the level 35 one?
