got certain truth to this.
i can do many great throws and most shake once or twice then pop out. on my last ball, i throw just normal... not even nice. I cried out SH!T! then... shake... shake........ shake... starssss!

well. ive learn from my rayquza experiences. this is just my observation.
if u throw excellent. or whatever throw. there is no shake or 1 shake only

the next ball. u try to throw another bouns throw. if that one got 2 shake. either u stick to that throw or u then change back to ex or great throw. n see if there is 2 shake.


becos my ray n alot high iv is like that. last time i just whack all excellent
first ball no shake or 1 shake. even i hoot 13 ball all excellent. no shake means no shake. n it will eventually flee. (if i recall. i have 2x90 raikou 3x 90 ray flee from me. becos ego. i can throw ex why must i go for lesser. so. no shake means no shake. n they all flee)

my kaki all experience the same thing. even i watch youtube. u see them throw excellent. no shake or 1 shake. then they miss a throw. ie no bouns or nice.
it will catch.

concidence or nt. i nt sure. but. after i realize n use the "trick?" "method"?
my catch rate even higher now.

i also try out. myself n my many fren. once no shake. i ask them to do another throw. they caught it too.


just sharing. dont take my words for it. u can try n see if it works for u

( but of cos la. there is no 100%. sometimes nt urs means nt urs) haha.

for references. if u got follow PN or Reservsal video. there is a video PN encounter 100% ray. he throw all excellent. all no shake. last ball. he miss excellent.. throw a no bouns. n caught it.

resevsal entei.. excellent all the way. from first ball to last ball. no shake. flee. 10+ ball he has i remb.

alot example also if u watch mystic7 trainertips etc etc.
no shake great or ex. next ball they "cock" up. real or nt. dontknow.
but. caught it. lol

lock it n release. wait for it to attack.

pay attention .. once it start attacking. u spin the balll. by the time it fly towards u. u throw the ball. once it return to orginal position. ur white ball should swee swee hit the latias latios already.

some pple call it excellent bug or no shake glitch.

usually happen on exellent throws.

if ur excellent throw got no shake or 1 shake. try other throw.

becos my experience says. if u keep getting no shake or 1 shake.
is v hard to catch de. give u 100 ball also no use 1.

find the throw that give u 2 shake.. then stick to that. u can go back to ex but if no shake again. go back to ur great or nice or no bouns.

U mean once it attacked, it's resetted?

Yes, from day 1 of the discovery of this lock circle method has been like this. Have to throw the ball before a certain timing. Once the attack animation ended and if your finger is touching the pokeball the circle will start to re-size again.

Here's the prodigynation video. The timing is important. Initially it maybe difficult but after a while it will be second nature because the attack animation timing is about the same for majority of pokemons.

Which method of throwing pokemon at legendary doesn't need steady hand and has no risk of over-throwing the ball?

Half time Latias record

Caught 21/28 = 75%.

Now can throw excellent curve using lock circle method consistently liao, hopefully can maintain the ratio.

My team for gym:

Fb mewtwo lvl 30
Max groudon ms/sb
Max kyogre
Max raikou
Lvl 35 articuno ice beam
Max rayquaza

Ray and groudon act as generalist usually deal with snorlax chanesy

Kyogre for tyranitar
Raikou and articuno as specialist if required

I use Machamp for Blissey, Snorlax, Chansey and Tyranitar because Machamp is super effective against them all. This is why I keep an army of Machamp.

Then just need a ice type for Dragonite and Raikou or Kyogre at times for other type.

Don't have problem fighting Blissey with Machamp since dodging charge move is the only interesting part of gym fighting. And I always have lots of healing portion.

i believe u keep walking it as buddy. n keep feeding berries to blissey chansey in gym also faster liao... lol

And ca. Fly to hatch egg by tapping
So its easy

I think I’m one of the few who thinks a fb mewtwo is better. Sure machamp dps higher than fb mewtwo but facing zhb/dg blissey I felt fb mewtwo can last much longer since mewtwo resists the zhb fast move. The rest like snorlax chanesy can easily use groudon or Hooh and tyranitar use kyogre.

Just curious on ur m2 is what cp and punp up to how much for taking it down on gyms

but nowadays. i swap out some machamp n put in articuno raikou.
(to kill dragonite n gyrados or vaporean faster).

becos blissey chansey snorlax tyra rhydon slaking lapras .. all use machamp hoot. faster.

I power 2 mewtwo, 1 fb and 1 sb both to lvl 30 only. Reason is because these 2 ivs not too high both 87% but Attack 15

If I have one 91% and above with Attack 15 I will max out for sure

So far legendaries I have max out are groudon kyogre rayquaza raikou- no regrets as they are the best in their respective types for now and relatively good for the future

Just curious on ur m2 is what cp and punp up to how much for taking it down on gyms

My setup also similar, usually 3 Machamps + ty/dnite/something(no raikou unfortunately).

Keep switching really slow down the fight and machamp can deal with most of the gym defender anyways.

Caught 2 so far only. Can only participate in raids on weekends..

YouTube demo will surely help. When Latias launched an attack, start spinning your ball. When it reached the centre again, release the ball. The circle will be the one you lock. Latias is actually nearer than what you see, so do a "soft" launch of the ball. For me, I do a resize every time it attacks, just to confirm lock circle and steady myself. Good luck!

My gym style is still taking out the first Blissey first

If cannot do it I won't continue to attack

Most of the time I whack gym alone

So a full team of Machamps is very useful to me

And normally 2nd/3rd ones will be Snorlax/Chancey/Slaking

So my team of Machamps is still very useful

Then I use my tyra/D9 team to take out the rest

Or use my specialist team that has level 35 Groudon/Kyogre/Raikou/Raq/Metagross

This round the PP seem very cheap

But maybe next round they will have PP/incubator together ?

After the Kanto period over pinap/lure/incense all are pretty useless already

Do you guys throw away stuff like lure, incense and lucky eggs from the special boxes if the target are the PP? For me, still holding them but I don't use them often. In the Kanto event, I purposely cycled around to my neighbourhood's pokestops to get rid of my 20+ lures so to free up space. I think most trainers are doing this as I noticed lots of lures recently.
