what important skill requires lesser power orbs ah?

I already have 2x double cut @ r5 and one retaliate r5.
can finally stop farming lesser power orb right?

I got 4x double cut, 2@r5, 2@r4
Sibeh hard to find lesser power orb

I used to bruteforce through dungeons and finally hit a wall due to lack of good equipment for all the characters in my party... until I learn to use retaliate.

Give your best sword to your strongest character (usually Cloud), all the other characters go back row (which "increases" their defense).
Strongest char cast retaliate on ownself, the rest just "gang bully" the retaliator; their attacks will miss, and the retaliator will counter by hitting the enemy.

This is also where double cut shines. Double cut the retaliator, and he will counter attack the enemy 2 times also.

Yes. You can use 1 star rod if you want also lol

My 1st team is tidus cloud squall sephiroth tifa/lenna/aerith

Sometimes will switch out sephiroth for paladin Cecil or Luneth, depending on situation
So most of the time would have one with RS if I chiong dungeon
Also, RNGesus not too bad to me lah.
I got quite a number of 5 star swords for everyone to interchange

damn.. should have just vit0-ed the last boss of the event last night...

Just now entered the last stage, forgot to put retaliator in front row, gotta flee.. wasted 18 stamina (omen?).
now i 1/2 way through, and suddenly vit0 gone...
let's see if i will survive ... or waste 91 stamina

but i forgot to try vit0 though.. i just went through it with thundaga and retaliates (pathetic though.. only 1k per hit).
luckily i brought sephiroth with OWA.
Blinded the boss and it can't land any hits on me
(wasted a slot bringing dark buster)

then quake + deprotega the soldiers and it's done.
Saved my irvine 10-hit for them and but didn't get to use before they die
Poor irvine no chance to shine again
