Just go with no healer & hoot Mist Dragon. That way, no chance to even change to Mist form even once...

Fest banners usually quite good, even the consolation prizes (if not dupe).
My lucky draw and selection banner draws sucks in comparison. Even if guaranteed selection, most are outdated already unless u have a certain need e.g your char only has an elemental OSB and need an infusion BSB to make it worth using
