all emblems will drop regardless if you unlock them or not.

Not too sure about that. I won't unlock jungle and stuff that have no relevance.
I think even if u dun have it, can earn emblem? Just that u won't get to use them?

critical levels i feel dust impt like for magic lvl20 gives you 2% cdr. so why not?

my roamer haven't 20 yet but 20 nothing magical la.

i like the emblem cause i tend to roam quite often.

I also been wanting to get roamer sinc long ago.... levelling is tough work

because i roamer i always tend to lose out on gold and xp T.T

Doesn't it seem like from jungle and onwards, the sets emblems seems lesser/harder to level?
The jungle seems not bad, have movement speed and attack speed.
