[GPGT] What is happening to my computer screen ?

I am using an external monitor

Samsung SyncMaster S20B300

Suddenly go haywire

Try another display cable first. Sometimes old cables can cause weird colours.

Hmm...Don't have a spare cable with me currently

Also, when I never connect the cable, the screen is like this:



The white thing will move and write "no signal found" (or something like that).

Never connect cable and got signal means you need to hire priest come your house do prayer Liao.

Change display cable first as what was suggested above.

External monitor? Means you are on laptop? Why don't you just switch to your laptop screen and see if the same colour artifacts are present? If nothing wrong, means either cable faulty or monitor gonna up lorry already.

4 possibilities
1) Monitor Spoil
2) Cable Spoil
3) Laptop GPU Spoil
4) Laptop Driver got problem

Your monitor got VGA/DVI
got try different cable first.
