i bought hdd and nas from videopro on 11/11 and not shipped till now. videopro only reply today say all no stock.

i contact lazada livechat and they say can expect delivery by 26/11. should i refund and hoot on black friday? would it be cheaper?

He got share lazada $5 code and give out extra coupons some time back(though I haven't been lucky enough to receive any ).

My situation is same as you, bought some items from videopro during 11.11, tracking show items was packed and will be handed over to logistic partner since 12.11, been sending chat msg to seller these past few days to ask about my order status, only got reply from seller today, say my item is oos, need wait for supplier to send new stock, lazada told me to expect delivery b4 27/11. Now dunno to llst n wait or get a refund.

Maybe can check their ship on time % next time but also could be just the particular item u ordered r not ready stocks. Nothing much one can do.. can only leave reviews
