Any budget NAS to recommend?

new or old model also can, looking for 1 bay type that can support 4 TB. been looking at carousell too but dunno which one good

If your WiFi router Nas function via a USB drive, you can consider that. Else can consider the asustor as1002t

how u rate as1002t vs synology DS119j?
the price of as1002t on sls price list and DS119j on amazon plus shipping to sg, both total around 160sgd

Get at least 2-bay nas with raid 1 redundancy. Else your data gone when HDD kaput.

the asustor is fine as a simple file server. I use mine as a torrent seed box, IP cam DVR. With its low specs you can't run virtual machines, or transcode videos.
