There's a Chinese saying to this:
Old one don't go, new one don't come.

Superflower Leadex Gold anytime any day. Now on sales on Lazada. I'd grab that if I'm you.

nv see spark tho.

i smell burning...but no clicking sound yet. Then the next day on, got the clicking sound liao. After 3 days, the clicking sound less noisy tho.

The voltage supply pretty stable, can maintain but doesn't get to 12V.

Come to think of it... after dissemble, i saw white substances/glue like spider web on the coil etc....?

Are you sure you know what's the white glue like substances are?

Nothing to do with burst or bloated capacitors or other electronic components in the PSU. The white rubbery glue is there to hold the inductor to prevent vibration which result in whinning noises, a typical and necessary procedure for vertical mount inductor.
