See Post #11!

My computer suddenly died today. Left it on and came home to see it off.

I’m using
Z68 ASRock board
i5-2500K
MSI R280
Corsair AX750

Pressing the On button doesn’t light up anything; which makes me suspect mobo or PSU issues.

Any idea if it’s salvageable or even worth salvaging?

I estimate the rig to be around 5 years old already.

Assuming I want to get a new PSU to test anyway, what's the current recommendation?

I'm thinking of a Corsair AX760.

Any alternatives that are just as good?

Does it matter if the fans do not use fluid bearings?

P.S. Any idea why Bizgram sells their RM750x for $20 cheaper? Is it the older version 1?
