This is the support web which I've taken a poor photo of. It's the thing that supports your back, it's soft and springy. This is like the core of the back support that makes this so comfortable.

This is the slider for adjusting the contouring height to better support your back. It takes a while to adjust to the right height, once you get it no need to touch it anymore.

Just so people don't misunderstand the headrest, it's adjustable. It's not fixed location, can be raised higher. This is the back of the headrest, can adjust quite high.

No cheap plastic at the legs for sure. Soft castor wheels for hard floors.

So far I am quite happy with the chair after adjusting it to my liking. Cradling back with this when I'm thinking is also very comfortable as the tension can be adjusted. No regrets with this chair from 2nd impression, hopefully the impression stays positive even after years of use.

Tried finding more info.. But seems quite limited as this is quite new model... The headrest can also swing in/outwards or only height adjustable?

The headrest only height adjustment, that's why I strongly recommend sitting on this and testing before buying.

Again, please read up what we found out on European sizing, it is pretty big. If you're at least 180 and above, and at least 80kg, that will fit you better.

i think thats fine, you take alook at the dimensions, and compare with your current chair first. We compared this with HM Aeron Size C, maybe you can take alook what sized people sitting that as Aeron had more takers, use this as a comparison ba

Hi all, been looking for a proper chair to replace my years old crappy IKEA one. Recently experiencing low back pain and stiffness in my shoulders.

Am really tempted to just invest in a HM Aeron but am torn between purchasing from audiosg or UI.

How to tell if audiosg stocks are brand new or refurbished? Anyone has experience with their warranty claiming process?

Thanks in advance!

No regret because you havent encounter any warranty claims :s13: Also, just curious only, did your manufacture label serial end with DG, and is the wheelbase hard plastic or metal?

Blasphemy!

But then, our body and build are so far apart, both of our experiences are true :s13:

No regrets on my end.
Bought the red mesh weave to go along with my bamboo wood ErgoEdge table finish.

I tried this before CB and wasn't very happy with the seat and the back support. :s13: When you lean back on this chair it isn't as supportive as a Soji/Zody, this is my personal experience.

He claims to have been around for 10 yrs, ACRA business profile shows he has only been in business for 3 yrs, sole proprietership registered under residential address at Fernvale Sengkang lol.
