I had to replace my armrest before too, 1 headrest as well. But lumbar still fine. What plastic parts you referring to?
the lumbar is hard plastic.

Anyway i had tried all the different chairs - steelcase gesture, think, leap.... herman miller aeron, embody.... and zody ..... my company is using all these chairs.

In terms of build...i think aeron is the best. I like leap as well. Zody - the build quality is still below HM.

Some quick thoughts as a new Aeron user, not sure other owners have same sentiment:

Like
- Great back support, noticeable improvement on lower back soreness
- The chair rocking motion is fluid and enjoyable
- Very cooling and airy, no more heat trapping on butt or back
- Well built, no flimsy parts

Dislike
- Armrests mechanism can be improved. I like my Steelcase armrests, better range of motion
- I feel the friction on seat pan lip (red arrows) with inner thigh can be little annoying. Maybe is user problem for not wearing longer shorts at home

Thanks, I just wanted to note so I can also check the parts of my Zody that yours broke. I still want to keep this Zody. And as for quality, I also doubt Haworth can match the build quality of HM, I bought it knowing that the quality while good, is not match for the HM Aeron. But I bought it mostly for the support I have gotten from Haworth and spare parts availability, plus the ability to customize the colours. Really enjoying my chair, see the colour also song.

Hi bro your S7 and CXXXXXXD's is it the same size? the Euro version? Hear say it is very big for average asians like us but when i measure to scale on my current chair, its is actually acceptable. Hmmm
The dimensions is actually the same, euro or not, just that with the height of the "euro", my feet can barely touch the ground on the lowest setting, based on the rough measurements of my current chair.
I just did a comparison of the measurements on my S7 from UI (UI did not state it's Euro version so i assume it's the standard version) vs the measurements found on Chairworker's website.

The seat depth and the seat height is more or less the same. If i sit my butt all the way back, at it's lowest height setting (47cm from floor to top of the sit) my heels are flat on the floor. However, to get my elbows at a good approx. of 90 degrees and without my wrist touching the table, i have to raise it to about 50cm and my heels are slightly around 1-2cm off the ground.

I guess you can't really go wrong with that chair for most people with no spine issues.
