That is about the right price ($469) for Ergotune based on its quality. This is the feedback I gave them when i visited them 2 weeks back that at close to their original $600, i would be better off buying the better built Benel Embrace, which i had seen 30 minutes prior to visiting Ergotune. So able to do a back to back comparison.

The Comfort Enjoy (seen at Tradesk) is actually good value for money at $341 for a full mesh chair. Found it almost as comfortable as Ergohuman (also manufactured by Comfort).

But after all my viewing, i have decided on the Haworth Fern. Found it more comfortable than the Ergohuman for about the same price or $100-$200 more ,if some options are selected.

How you all get to try haworth? I can't find their prices online.

Has anyone tried buying ergohuman from this seller on carousell called house_friend before?

The price is the lowest that I could find.

Ergotune is having a sale right now, $469 for the red model. I don’t really care about the color, but is the chair good? The price feels very tempting

Not sure why the sale is only for the red. Probably clearing stocks.

Anyone sit on it for too long which resulted in the seat to start sagging as it looses tension and replaced the seat?

polowalrus 26-09-2020 09:56 AM

Still tempted by Arron.. had one in my previous job office. Sat on it for years and no sag

Depend on your weight and usage durations. But, expect all these MIC plastic mesh seat to expand and less springy after a few years.... part and parcel of "wear&tear" so it's may not be covered even its under warranty.

So far, have DIY replace rollers, hydraulic. When the mesh sagged or breaks, time to uplorry... even the metal frame and mechanism still working perfectly...

tc4237 26-09-2020 11:04 AM

Mine doesn't have as much tension as day 1.
Wondering if seat pan is replaceable though.
