they got online shop but its $1.6k for fern without discount code
u can easily get a discount code from them tho

else u have to email them for a quote

is it me or ergohuman chair almost doubled in price? it was around 500 bucks 5 years back? now it's 900+ almost 1k

Anyone sit on it for too long which resulted in the seat to start sagging as it looses tension and replaced the seat?

Depend on your weight and usage durations. But, expect all these MIC plastic mesh seat to expand and less springy after a few years.... part and parcel of "wear&tear" so it's may not be covered even its under warranty.

So far, have DIY replace rollers, hydraulic. When the mesh sagged or breaks, time to uplorry... even the metal frame and mechanism still working perfectly...

was $599 when i bought mine from apres few yrs ago
