Got some people on carousel specialise in deep cleaning fabric and beds, can use them every 1-2 years too. Really got huge difference, some things Febreeze can't do like those specialized devices. Can assure you the chair will look like new, it's quite impressive.

Febreeze lor. But how you get sweat smell on it? You topless when sitting on it?

I have tried febreeze, sun tan, steam iron... they are just short term solutions. The smell will creep back...

Like a pillow, the smell is impossible to get grid once it seeps deep into the cushion... either you engage a pro to deep clean or throw away... if you cannot stand your own body smell... :s22:

Does this only happens if you sit on the chair topless? Mine doesn't have this issue leh.

More likely that they order the replacement part/s required, and fix here, rather than ship a whole chair back. Quite modular.

A little dirty from renovation dust. Can be manually cleaned. Full function and features, no sound. Arm rest no cracks.
Donno year of manufacture.
Bought 2 pieces, using them at home now.
