Im using the m57 now. Its not for bbfa. The sides dont have padding so your thighs will ache.

For the good of my long hours sitting down during wfh, thinking of investing in HM Aeron and need some help.
- any current owners bought from ergosupplies or audiosg?
- what 3rd party headrest do you use for Aeron.... thus far i read about is Atlas and EngineeredNow... which is better?
- it appears that the castors that comes with Aeron is meant for carpet floor. If my floor is tiled, do I need to change to a 3rd party hard floor castor?
- anything else I need to know before buying?

If you are buying from Xtra, who are the authorised rep, ask them to get soft castors for you, which are for hard floors.

Lmao, in the space of 8 months, I went from owning 0 task chairs to 3 (used) Steelcase Leaps :s13:

Now, I am owner of a Leap V1, Leap V1 highback version, and Leap V2, can do AMA liao :D

Have been considering between hm and leap V2 but decided with the latter due to significant discount from company (about $1035 without headrest)... Seeing the recent discussion on castors... Any idea if leap V2 comes with castors for carpet or hard floor? Do u have any complaints on leap V2?

Have to bear in mind my used Leap V2 is over 9 years old. Despite being lighter, it still has no squeaks or noises unlike the V1s. For me personally, I find the adjustable lumbar painful on the V2 so I've removed it. Weirdly, it's totally fine on my V1 highback. That aside, the arch on the V2 is definitely more natural feeling to my back than the V1.

Afaik, Steelcase SG online website by default comes with the hard floor castors. You should be able to customise it when ordering through company or buying from Steelcase directly. If I were spashing $1k+, I'd consider looking at the Humanscale Freedom with headrest. The headrest on that is much better integrated and ergonomic unlike the Leap. Although one loses out on Steelcase's superior armrests.
