Desktop Still Lag, What can i do?

Got a desktop for about 4 years.
Just upgraded Ram to 16gb.

Yet still laggy.

My Desktop always seems to be running with the fan at high speed.
Whenever i check my CPU usage through the task manager, it's always at a high level.

What can i do?

Seems like your machine is running on DDR3 RAM (2133 speed).
Further more you are using an APU, which means that the graphic processing is also done by your CPU (iGPU)

Unfortunately i don't think you can do much. Maybe swap out the spinning HD for a SSD? That helped my laptop go from slow to blazing fast.

Hope this helps!

If you looking to build a pc, can pm me! Built 3x of my own pc.

I will be surprised if your computer is not lagging, I bet you install many 3rd party software to manage your computer.

Driver easy and whatsoever fixyourcomputer software are nothing but malware. You are better off without them.
