Forgot password to seagate external drive

Help pls ! I hv forgotten the password for my external Seagate 320GB drive. Pls adv what can I do to access it ? In the worse scenario, I am willing to reformat it.. if it can allow me to gain access to it without the current password.

Any expert help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you !

Without the password, the data cannot be recovered.

You can try re-partitioning and reformatting to use the HDD but the data is lost.
