Can try curved monitors from 24' to 32" from as low as <$200 to within budget.

There are plenty of brands and models as in Dell, Samsung and others.

Please state model.

I don't think is possible to get a "gaming" monitor for <$200 even at 24".

I hope u know we are not referring to monitors with only 60Hz and with IQ lousier than his u2415.

TS again, needs to define in detail what he meant by gaming monitors, any monitors can be gaming monitors that is assuming u could accept ghosting, motion blur and what have you not.

Hi guys,

So sorry for the lack of information,

Currently I am using IPS panel, but kinda looking towards 120hz above which IPS monitors do not have :/ even if they have it will be costly ? Correct me if I am wrong , would like to check do u guys recommend Prisim X24 or Samsung CFG70 24?

Not too sure is QLED really that good or not. Don’t have any friends using their Moniters. And also like to check AHVA vs VA panel what do u guys recommend ?

i usually play dota2 and BF1

@all yea looking towards IPS, but seems to be out of budget.

how is VA panel colours like?

Prism+ W270 can consider. May not tick all the right boxes, but fulfill your requirement and prices quite okay

You can visit Aftershock HQ see see rook rook. Their monitors mostly are VA. After calibrate, actually quite okay. Still quite a gap compared to Dell U-series of coz. You pay what you get definitely.

Va panel have bar viewing angle which ips Excel in.

If you view them side by side you will definitely stay out of it

But for your budget that's the best... Probably

I recently bought myself an Acer KG251Q F @ 209 after all the voucher discounts on Qoo10. Overall a decent TN 144Hz 1080p budget monitor. I connected my ps4 and my desktop via HDMI and display port cables respectively. Very satisfied (if you can live with the drawbacks of TN panels)
