Which Graphics card to buy in Y2024

Straight of the box settings, I think 7800xt more bang for the buck. Both cards are very close right now. But 7900gre might have good OC potential once they sort out the driver bug.

my budget is around 400. so right now i see the techyard having sales.
PNY 4060 dual fan for 379 while zotac 4060 single fan is selling for 395
PNY only has 3 years warranty while zotac has 3+2.
(both can apply $20 first time buying discount)

which would you recommend? is single fan okay?

i would only go single fan if card length is a concern. having only one fan means that it has to work harder to generate the same airflow as 2 fans, plus the heatsink is likely smaller on the single fan model. this leads to higher temperatures, fan rpm and noise.
