Help! I not sure whether my MB or PSU is faulty

I also encountered same error like you, changed new PSU & new display card. Re-install bios also can't resolved. Randomly can boot into Windows if remove 1 stick ram. With both stick of ram not able to boot & kept restarting during boot. Going to replace the board & cpu tomrrow ...

mine is totally couldn't boot to a window
i not sure but i think it might be your ram that is faulty?

I see your got mixed memory modules in your profile. You try single piece of ram to boot?

I tried to resolve my problem after changing the cmos battery. Now back working again.

if mb is faulty, from the symptom, seems like ram slot related
anyway, repairing it need some knowledge
juz replace it

But I tried using a single working ram from another computer and still can’t work...
Ya, gonna replace this 5yr old pc soon when Ryzen release on July

ram slot isn't ram but the slot itself
when ram slot not working, it can be single bad ram slot with bad soldering
or the chip / capacitors itself that responsible for the ram slots
if is latter, it will cause ur entire ram slots to go haywire

old board usually is problem with the chip or capacitor
