I need assistance with replacing my motherboard and cpu.

So I was trying to check my cpu and I dropped it and it damaged around 10 pins on my motherboard. I'm kinda broke atm and I'm hoping to get both stuffs for under 500 if possible without replacing anything that I am currently using at the moment. So can I know what information do I need to provide to know what motherboard and core is suitable for me?

My case is a corsair airbide air 240
My gpu is a gigabyte 1660 gaming oc 6g
My previous motherboard is ASRock H170M Pro 4 (No SLi Support)
My previous cpu is Intel Core i5-6500 3.20GHz Processor.

Do let me know if I need to provide anything else cuz I'm really a dumbass(that's why I dropped my cpu in the first place) and thank you so much.
